The Founder President is Prof. Ramdas Madhukar Zol, a visionary personality with a mission of building an educational hub for the betterment of society and providing an excellent learning environment.

Under the leadership of Founder President Prof. Ramdas Madhukar Zol, Dattakala Shikshan Sanstha is emerging as a leading educational institute spread across 50 acres. Professionally, Hon. Prof. Ramdas Zol is a Professor in Mathematics.

Hon. Prof. Ramdas Zol, having brilliant skills and a deep interest in academics as well as the educational sector, started his professional career with Sinhgad Institute, Pune from June 2001 to August 2007. During his tenure, he gained valuable knowledge and experience in establishing and managing professional educational institutions. Being a student from a rural background, he understood how difficult it is for rural students to pursue higher education in urban areas. This realization inspired him to work towards strengthening rural education.

Hon. Prof. Ramdas Zol decided to establish elite educational institutions in rural areas, including UG & PG Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Medical, SSC & CBSE Schools and Junior Colleges. As the saying goes, “Well begun is half done,” he took the first step by starting a primary school in 2009. Since then, every year a new institute has been established under Dattakala Shikshan Sanstha, including School, CBSE, Junior College, Polytechnic, Engineering (UG & PG), MBA, MCA, Pharmacy and Medical institutions. Within just 20 years, Dattakala Shikshan Sanstha has emerged as one of the leading educational institutes in rural areas. Currently, the institution has nearly 4500 students and more than 450 teaching and non-teaching staff members.

Prof. Ramdas Zol has always been a progressive educator and student motivator. He continuously introduces innovative teaching techniques and modern technology to provide quality education. He believes in creating intellectual awakening through a balanced combination of knowledge, culture and values. His vision is focused on empowering students and helping them become responsible leaders of society.
